Vendors can also call the same number if they wish to be on the parade route or the carnival grounds. ALL VENDORS PAY A FEE, which helps defray costs. A PERMIT is required. Please call the COMMITTEE number. (NOTE: The City of Havre de Grace does NOT grant these permits.)
