Can be viewed up close and personal from Tydings Park,
City Yacht Basin, all along the Promenade and from many
porches, decks, 2nd story windows and other vantage points
throughout the area.
PARKING
With tens of thousands arriving to enjoy the parade-carnival-concert-fireworks, it’s a busy day for parking. Parking is throughout the streets of Havre de Grace. PLEASE do not block driveways, walk zones, fire hydrants and handicap parking areas. Be kind to residents – and vice versa – and, most of all, be patient.
There is VERY limited handicapped parking in the Tydings Park area, so it is suggested you arrive early to find it. All of our activities ARE handicapped accessible, but we cannot guarantee parking.
BOATERS
Many boat owners want to arrive for the event. Please call the City Yacht Basin’s HARBOR MASTER directly at 410-939-0015 for slip info.
TIDEWATER MARINA at the foot of Bourbon Street, is also a full service marina that welcomes transient boaters, and can be reached at 410-939-0951.
If you plan ahead, you may want to consider the other marinas in the area. VISIT HERE for details.

Our CELEBRATION T-SHIRT will be available later this year at the HdG Visitors Center and Chamber of Commerce office at 450 Pennington Ave and will also be sold at the carnival. Price: $7 (2XL/3XL are $8)
